A Custom Build website for Mike Martin of Mike Martin Associates to reflect the varied services which Mike provides.
We carried out a detailed review of Mike's website needs and put together a website which gave the best platform for presenting Mike's services.
The home page was split to have 4 pillars reflecting each of the Service's Key Attributes e.g. Title, Description, Clients and Case Study teaser. Mike's services are:
- Expert Witness
- Training
- Research
- Consultancy
We have since carried out a number of Site Reviews (part of the ongoing Support & Maintenance package) to support quantification of site traffic, key phrase analysis and return on investment.
In terms of functionality the site has:
- Flash Header scrolling to represent the different services offered
- Accessibility features e.g. AAA and Breadcrumbs e.g. Home » Consultancy » Consultancy Case Study
- Site Search
- Dynamic Pages for creating multiple Case Study pages for each Service
- Inspire Content Management System tailored for each page and feature
- Different page layouts depending on User need for that page
Finally a key design requirement was to have a Housemartin bird image as a watermark behind the site pages displayed in an elegant manner. You'll also notice we used the same Housemartin for the favicon, small 16x16 pixel image that sits in the browser tab.
