Brief
We were targeted by the client to provide a professional, elegant, clean, crisp and modern web design which utilised a range of online tools to reduce internal office management tasks.

What we did

We carried out a systematic analysis of the business and its business processes. We identified a range of features and functions that would enhance the user experience and reduce effort for both office and management.

Following the analysis we documented the requirements and walked the client through what we proposed to build. On sign-off we moved into the build phase of the project.

Following the build and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases we provided the client with a safe test environment in which to play with and review the website and again provide sign-off. We then created an Admin Manual and carried out staff training on how to update the website using the Inspire Content Management System.

Outcome

Alliance Timber is one of our best Custom Build websites in terms of really understanding what both the user and client needed and then delivering it. With the design requirements met, the project was delivered on budget, on time and of the quality they expected.
