We sat down with Jane and Julie from Nohsaf and discussed what they wanted to change about their existing site. First, they wanted to completely change the look and feel of the site as they felt it wasn’t in keeping with their products. Second, they needed to add new features to make it easier for customers to learn about products, add them to their shopping cart and check out. The way this was done on the old site was very cumbersome and they felt they were losing sales because of it.
