This voluntary registration scheme run by the Trading Standards Service of Perth & Kinross Council and Tayside Police Crime Management Unit (Western Division) helps businesses comply with the law while improving consumer protection through partnership. As members, we have committed ourselves and our business to trading in a fair and honest manner. We must provide a high level of customer satisfaction, an established complaints procedure, as well as clear estimates, charges and invoices.
